Kapitalska družba, d. d., is a joint stock company whose sole founder and shareholder is the Republic of Slovenia. We are an independent company and make business decisions in compliance with the law and the Articles of Association of the company and in line with the company’s standing business policies.

Kapitalska družba manages and disposes with securities and other assets acquired in the process of change of ownership of companies. The adoption of the new pension legislation has allowed Kapitalska družba to establish and manage mutual pension funds as well as make payments of pension annuities under the First Pension Fund from compulsory supplementary pension insurance. All pension funds are managed separately from own core assets and for the benefit of members.

We have successfully concluded our first decade in business, consolidating and improving the efficiency of asset management while remaining the largest pension funds management company and the largest payer of annuities.
