Internal Organisation and Employees

At the end of March 2009, Kapitalska družba began the project of internal company reorganisation with the objective of adjusting the existing organisational structure, suitably strengthening the role of Kapitalska družba in the supplementary pension insurance business and finally organising key business processes according to key areas by way of establishing three umbrella organisational units – sectors.

We completed the process of reorganisation at the end of August and introduced the new internal organisational structure on 1 September 2009.

At Kapitalska družba we firmly believe that the newly formed organisational units ensure a more flexible organisational structure and positions of employment, cost-effective implementation of business processes and a more effective decision-making process.

The management of work, knowledge and competences as well as efforts for success at work and further professional development of employees are the key factors Kapitalska družba encourages in its staff.
