At Kapitalska družba we are thoroughly aware that the company’s activities strongly tie us with the community. A carefree old age is one of the values of the society in which we live and, in accordance with our mission, we strive to make it happen.

Our core activity itself, the provision of additional funds for pension and disability insurance, compels us to carry out activities with full responsibility and understanding for our shareholders. Full attention is also given to our employees and we organise educational and social meetings and sporting and recreational events for them.

We are also proudly associated with a well-received charity event, titled Dobra misel (Noble thought). Each year, Slovenian companies are invited to donate a part of funds generally allocated for New Year’s business gifts to charity.

Dobra misel

For the fourth consecutive year, Kapitalska družba in 2006 organised the Dobra misel event. The funds usually allocated for New Year's presents have been donated to the Institute of Oncology towards the purchase of grassroots equipment. Every single euro donated counts as they fight to keep lives each day. Everyone who would like to follow this noble cause is invited to join. Altogether, €229,424.45 have been collected so far and, in 2006 alone, €72,522.45 were raised and donated to the Institute of Oncology for the purchase of an ultrasound heart monitor.
