The adoption of the new pension legislation has allowed Kapitalska družba to manage mutual pension fund. Kapitalska družba is today one of the most important providers of supplementary pension insurances in Slovenia. We manage four pension funds and one guarantee fund, which is already paying out pension annuities. The funds are managed financially independent from each other. Besides the efficient investment policy, which contributes to the growth of assets, we also strive to make our business cost efficient.

Kapitalska družba manages the following pension funds:

• Capital Mutual Pension Fund (KVPS) – open-end voluntary supplementary pension insurance fund,
• Closed Mutual Pension Fund for Civil Servants(ZVPSJU) – closed supplementary pension insurance fund for civil servants,
• Compulsory Supplementary Pension Insurance Fund of the Republic of Slovenia (SODPZ) – compulsory supplementary pension insurance fund,
• First Pension Fund of the Republic of Slovenia (PPS) – close-end fund for insurance policyholders,
• and the Guarantee Fund of the PPS – the fund pays out annuities for the PPS fund.
